Notice of Infringement – Claim

- Contact information of the complaining party;
- A statement that the use of the material is unauthorized;
- A statement that the claim is accurate and made in good faith.
Title 17 USC §512(f) imposes penalties for knowingly misrepresenting information in an infringement claim.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If you receive a takedown notice due to a copyright claim, you can send us a counter notification to have the material restored. Your notification must include:
- Your signature;
- Description of the material taken down and its original location;
- A statement that the material was removed by mistake;
- Your name, address, and consent to jurisdiction for legal proceedings.

Repeat Infringer Policy
We have a strict policy against copyright infringement. We keep a record of DMCA notices and make an effort to identify repeat infringers. Violators of this policy will have their accounts terminated.
